Bath Bomb for Stress

Instruction:

Fill your tub with water ( warm temperature that you can tolerate).

Add 1-2 cups of epsom salt.

2-5 drops of your favorite essential oil (Lavander recommended).

2 – 3 CBD bath bombs.
