Thank you for visiting HanaPurity.com.  The HanaPurity.com website (the “Site”) consists of various web pages maintained by and for Hana Purity.  HanaPurity.com is provided for your use on the condition that you accept the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”) without any changes.  Using HanaPurity.com means you (the “User”) accept these Terms.  Please review the Terms thoroughly and make a copy for your personal reference.  HanaPurity.com is an E-commerce Site which offers high quality products made from hemp oil with a high CBD cannabidiol content.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy covers the Site and describes the Site’s data collection practices.   Using HanaPurity.com constitutes agreement with Hana Purity’s Privacy Policy.  Please read the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

Electronic Communications

If you visit HanaPurity.com or send emails to Hana Purity, your actions will be construed as electronic communications.  Initiating electronic communications constitutes your consent to receive electronic communications and your agreement that all notices, disclosures, agreements, and other communications that are provided to you electronically, by email and/or visiting the Site, hold the same legal authority that such communications would hold in writing and satisfy the same legal requirements.

Your Account

In order to use this site, you accept that you are responsible for the security of any information you provide and all activities that occur under your account.  It is forbidden that you assign or transfer your account to any other entity. You understand that Hana Purity is not and won’t be responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. Hana Purity and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content at our sole discretion.

Hana Purity does not knowingly collect personal information from people under the age of eighteen. If you are under eighteen, you need the permission of your parent or guardian to use HanaPurity.com in accordance with our policies.

Shipping Policy

Our shipping times are Monday through Friday from 9am-4pm (Central Time). Online orders usually ship out the next business day.

Products are shipped through the United States Postal Service. After an order has been placed, if you chose an option for tracked shipping, you will be sent tracking information so you can track your purchase until delivery.

Additionally, Hana Purity is not responsible and will not issue refunds for any international shipments that have been lost or taken by customs. If you want to ask us questions about this policy, please contact us at info@hanapurity.com.

Refund Policy

We allow you to try our premium CBD products risk-free for 30 days.  If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to refund you the full amount of your purchase.  We offer this guarantee to minimize all risk to you and to encourage you to try our products.  If you are not satisfied with your order, please email us at ANY TIME during the first 30 days and we’ll refund 100% of the price.

This refund policy does not apply for bulk orders.  Bulk Orders include purchases of over $200 USD worth of products made within a seven-day period.  We assume that customers are familiar with our products before purchasing in bulk.  We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy at our sole discretion.

Return Policy

If you would like to return an item, email info@hanapurity.com or call (940) 268-3125 and request a pre-paid shipping return label. Credit and debit card orders will be refunded to the card used for the purchase of each specific item.  For returns to be valid, we must receive the return within 10 days of pre-paid shipping return label request or within 30 days of the product’s order date, whichever occurs first.  If you have any questions regarding our return policy or about a specific return, please contact us.

Goods and Services Tax

HanaPurity.com is not responsible for additional charges that your government applies to the shipment, including any fees or taxes. If your package is returned to us due to failure to pay these costs, a refund will not be applied.

Third Party Websites

HanaPurity.com may host links to other websites (“Linked Sites”).  Hana Purity is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site.  Hana Purity provides these links as a convenience.  Hosting such links does not imply endorsement by Hana Purity of the Linked Site or any association with its operators.

HanaPurity.com has services which may be delivered by third party sites and organizations. By using any product, service or functionality originating from the HanaPurity.com domain, you understand and consent that Hana Purity may share relevant information and data with any third party with whom Hana Purity has a contractual relationship to provide the requested product, service or functionality on behalf of HanaPurity.com users and customers.

Intellectual Property

Hana Purity grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use HanaPurity.com strictly in accordance with these terms of use. By using the Site, you stipulate to Hana Purity that you will not use the Site for any reason that is unlawful or forbidden by these Terms. You are forbidden from using the Site in any manner which could negatively affect the Site or interfere with any other party’s use of the Site. You are forbidden from acquiring or using any content on the Site outside of its intended purpose, namely activities relating to ordering products through the Site.  All onsite content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and any software used on the Site is the property of Hana Purity or its suppliers and protected by copyright law and laws protecting intellectual property and proprietary rights.  Any use of the site constitutes agreement to observe and abide by all copyright and proprietary restrictions.  You may not exploit in any way any of the onsite content.  Using the Site does not imply that you can make any unauthorized use of protected content.  You agree to use protected content only for your personal use and for no other purpose without the express written permission of Hana Purity and the copyright owner. Any content provider by the User will not be compensated.  Hana Purity is not obligated to take any action in regards to provided content, but reserves the right to review and remove content at its sole discretion.  By providing content, the User claims ownership or control of all legal rights related to the provided content and accepts responsibility for any and all damages that may arise if this claim is found to be in error.

Third Party Accounts

The User may be able to connect a Hana Purity account to third party accounts.  Such connections constitute agreement and consent to the continuous release of information between accounts and are completely optional.

Product Use

Hana Purity is not liable for anything resulting from or in connection with the use or handling of its products.  Products are purchased, handled, and used at one’s own risk.

International Users

Hana Purity operates from within the USA. The User is responsible for and agrees to compliance with all local laws regarding using the Site and ordering, possessing, or using its products.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hana Purity and any related entities or parties for losses, costs, liabilities, or expenses relating to or in any way associated with Hana Purity.  Hana Purity reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with Hana Purity in asserting any available defenses.

Site Access and Termination

Hana Purity reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site and any related service or function, without notice and at its sole discretion.   This agreement is governed to the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the State of Texas.  The User hereby consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Texas in all disputes relating to the use of the Site or any affiliated services.  Use of the site is not authorized in any jurisdiction that does not submit to the full effect of all provisions in these Terms.  You accept that using the site and abiding by the terms of this agreement neither implies nor creates any legal relationship between you and Hana Purity.  Hana Purity’s adherence to this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal processes, and no material in this agreement is intended to conflict with Hana Purity’s right to comply with requests or requirements by governments, courts and law enforcement relating to your use of the Site or related information provided to or gathered by Hana Purity.  Any parts of this agreement that are determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law are implicitly superseded by valid, enforceable provisions which match the intent of the original provisions to the highest degree possible while the remainder of the agreement continues in effect.

This agreement encompasses all agreements and supersedes all prior and contemporary communications between the user and Hana Purity with respect to the Site.  A printed version of this agreement and of any relevant notices given shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.  It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be presented and interpreted in English.
