And of course the effects of CBD can vary depending on the method you use to take it. For example, a vape product will take effect much more quickly than an oil, but it won’t last as long. Or, to take another example, a topical cream can have positive effects on the skin that won’t come from an oil or tincture.

CBD is measured in milligrams (mg), and your CBD product should list the number of milligrams in the product. While the proper dosage will vary depending on your weight, age, and metabolism, it’s wise to start small until you are familiar with the effects.
