Payment
WooCommerce accepts Stripe, PayPal, credit cards, Direct Bank Transfer, checks, or Cash on Delivery as payment methods.

Shipping
Standard shipping through USPS is $5.00 to anywhere in the continental US.
Priority shipping and shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is $10.00 and includes a tracking code which can be used to track your order.  This code will be emailed to you separately from your receipt once your order has shipped.

Delivery
Standard delivery is usually anywhere from 5-9 business days for delivery anywhere in the continental US, but may take up to 14 in extenuating circumstances.
Priority shipping should take anywhere from 2-5 business days for the same.

Refund Policy
We allow you to try our premium CBD products risk-free for 30 days.  If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to refund you the full amount of your purchase.  We offer this guarantee to minimize all risk to you and to encourage you to try our products.  If you are not satisfied with your order, please email us at ANY TIME during the first 30 days and we’ll refund 100% of the price.
This refund policy does not apply for bulk orders.  Bulk Orders include purchases of over $200 USD worth of products made within a seven-day period.  We assume that customers are familiar with our products before purchasing in bulk.  We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy at our sole discretion.

Return Policy
If you would like to return an item, email us first at info@hanapurity.com and let’s try to mitigate the issue or call (940) 268-3125.  Credit and debit card orders will be refunded to the card used for the purchase of each specific item.  For returns to be valid, we must receive the return request within 30 days of the product’s order date.  If you have any questions regarding our return policy or about a specific return, please contact us.
